Yarning Crescent is expanding, and we are seeking dedicated support workers who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander to provide support to our valued participants.
This role will involve assisting our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants in Mt Druitt, Penrith, Blacktown, and the Hawkesbury area. Whether you prefer to work under ABN or as a casual employee with the potential for future ongoing employment, we have opportunities that could be perfect for you.

Requirements: To be part of our team, you will need to identify as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent, as we consider this a genuine occupational requirement for this position under s 14 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).
Additionally, you will need the following:
- A reliable, clean vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
- A valid WWCC (Working with Children Check) and a clear Criminal History Check.
- Relevant NDIS worker screening is essential.
- While certifications are highly regarded, we also value relevant experience, and both will be considered.
- Strong English speaking and literacy skills are a must to effectively communicate and engage with our clients.
