Cultural Safety Training for Health Workers
Aboriginal cultural safety training for clinicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and health service administrators. AHPRA-aligned, Aboriginal-led, and designed for the realities of health service delivery.
Why cultural safety matters in health
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experience significantly worse health outcomes than non-Indigenous Australians. One of the most significant drivers of this gap is the absence of cultural safety in healthcare settings — environments where Aboriginal patients feel unsafe, disrespected, or discriminated against.
AHPRA and the National Boards now require all registered health practitioners to demonstrate cultural safety as part of their professional obligations. Our health sector modules are designed to meet this requirement — and to go beyond compliance to produce genuine practice change.
